i’d be happy with a tie….(in reality)…of course i want mexico to finally win but theres got be a real mismatch for that to happen…i think that the US has better athletes than mexico thats why you can see the difference on the field…mexico cant compare with the US because mexico is not a TEAM…there are players on the team that dont talk to other players….there are players than dont get alont with others….untill that changes….we can see something different…

I cant understand why Mexico can never win this matchup… They can take Argentina to extra time in the world cup and look great at times but they cant beat the US? I think there is some kind of phycological thing regarding playing the better off neighbors to the north… idn though…

Haha, I agree with Alan and Al. I should’ve been more aggressive with my comments.

What I don’t like about this is the negative comments going both ways. Personally, I like both sides because both teams are my countries. I may have Mexican blood but the US has my affection as well because it’s where I was born, where I’ve lived all my life and the comments that have been made by both sides are uncalled for. Sure, it’s a rivalry but all the trash talking shouldn’t be so serious. After all, in the end it’s just a game and there will be more in the future where the tables might be flipped around. In the end, its the ignorant comments that end up ruining the experience.

Melissa- I think he should be on there too. Unfortunately, it seems like the bigger name players are getting all the love with only a few North Americans making the list(like Carlos Bocanegra who I am completely fine with). Besides, it seems like the CONCACAF boys get less attention because they’re a little less willing to take their clothes off…
