Raymond Domenech Won’t Be Watching the Olympics

Are you going to be enjoying the Olympics this summer?

You’ll be doing it without France National Team coach Raymond Domenech, who won’t be watching any of the action.

“I say to people: ‘If you are against the Games in China, then don’t watch them and switch off your television’,” said Domenech.

“It’s a courageous act. Instead of criticising others, you can do something yourself. Me, I will not watch them.

“The French say that they do not want the Games because it’s scandalous in terms of human rights in China. If you don’t want the Games, then during August switch off the TV!”

Very true. But it might be a little more complicated if France had qualified.
