NBC’s Olympic Soccer Schedule, on TV and Online

Update: The Olympics are over, but there’s more and more soccer on every weekend. Check out our weekly-updated US soccer TV schedule.

Bookmark this post. You’ll thank me later.

Ladies and gents in the US, behold, I bring your the schedule for all soccer coverage in the Olympics on pretty much every channel that will be showing coverage.

I also bring you NBC’s announced lineup for soccer commentators:

SOCCER: JP Dellacamera, play-by-play; Glenn Davis, play-by-play; Adrian Healey, play-by-play; Steve Cangialosi, play-by-play; Marcelo Balboa, analyst; Brandi Chastain, analyst; Shep Messing, analyst; Lori Walker, analyst.

And on the off chance that you weren’t riveted by qualifying and may not be 100% sure who’s actually going? Here’s the link to the the post with the Olympic groups, both men’s and women’s.

SOCCER SCHEDULE:

I believe all times listed are Eastern, but be sure to check your local listings. (I have to say that so you don’t blame me when the US goes to the final and you miss it because you got the time wrong.)

A few notes:

  • Yes, soccer does start a couple of days before the official opening ceremonies. It’s a scheduling thing. The women will each play a group stage game on Wednesday, August 6. The men play on Thursday, August 7. Opening ceremonies are on Friday, August 8.
  • There are a number of places in the schedule where soccer is shown as part of a long list of sports scheduled for a long block of time — say, 2 a.m. to 2 p.m. I’ve tried to warn you this may happen by putting “and lots of other sports” as part of the listing.

Unless a game is listed as “live,” it could show up at any time in that block. If you’ve ever watched the Olympics with an eye on one specific sport, you know what I’m talking about. They’ll say, “Coming up soon… Badminton!” and two hours later you’re still waiting. To avoid this, try to catch the games you want on the smaller channels that mention specific times and include the word “LIVE”.

I’ll be updating this post with specific times for live games as I find them, so bookmark this page and keep checking back.

  • If you’d like to watch the games online at the official NBC site, go to this link.
  • The NBC Soccer Channel is a soccer-only cable channel offered only by certain cable companies. At the time of the original announcement, the two companies listed were Comcast and Cox. Despite much effort, I’ve been unable to get a definitive list of cable companies carrying this channel. NBC’s press releases say “most” cable companies will offer it, but this appears to be wishful thinking on somebody’s part. In particular, Comcast got some great publicity by being a part of the original announcement, but few of their local affiliates seem to be offering it. I’ve left several messages with Comcast but haven’t been able to get them to call me back.

Here’s a list of cable companies that may be offering it:

NBC Universal (NBCU) today announced distribution of an “enhanced” content offering for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games with the cable industry, including Comcast Cable, Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications, Charter Communications, Bright House Networks, Mediacom, Bresnan, Atlantic Broadband, Knology, Midcontinent Communications, Blue Ridge Communications, NPG Cable, OneLink Communications and Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico, and Grande Communications.

But no guarantees. Contact your own cable company to find out if it will carry the soccer channel. If so, leave a note in the comments and I’ll update the post.

  • I pulled this from a much (much, much) longer schedule and tried to delete everything non-soccer-related. That’s been a bit difficult due to how the schedule was written. (It also reminds me, yet again, just how short my attention span is.) If you catch any errors, please leave a comment and I’ll fix it.

  • Ryan

I called Charter but they would’t give me anyone to talk to, they have this automated system where you say what you want to talk about, but SOCCER and CHANNELS did nothing for me. I was able to do an online chat with a guy from there and he said he didn’t know about anything like that at this time, so I’m guessing that was just a straight up no and he didn’t want to tell me.

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Ryan, I’m considering contacting NBC to see what cable providers they’ve been in contact with. Stay tuned.

  • Corey

NBC is retarded, why the hell would you not schedule specific events? Im not even going to watch the Olympics, I think NBC’s coverage is bullshit and I will never get up at 4am to watch a u-23 match in dirty China. God this pisses me off.

  • Juliet

    Wow, thanks for this, Laurie.

Perhaps this is a more stupid question, but…is there a list of teams that made it and brackets lying around somewhere? I don’t even know who’s in.

  • elle

oh I love how for some of these instead of waking up early I’m going to have to stay up late.
    Thanks for the list, Laurie

  • Lisa

I’ve contacted Brighthouse networks and requested this channel. We’ll see what happens. I drove over a hundred miles to see the U-23’s, don’t mind getting up early at all.

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Juliet, I meant to link to the post that listed the teams and the groups but forgot. Thanks for the reminder — it’s now in the post also.

    http://www.worldcupblog.org/olympics-2008/here-are-the-groups-for-mens-and-womens-olympic-soccer.html

  • http://libertadores.theoffside.com Mauro

It would also be nice to get a final list of the players playing for teams like Nigeria, the Netherlands and Ivory Coast.

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Mauro, I’ve been waiting till all the teams were announced. The US went today, so I think we’re getting close (and may be there.) I’ll check tonight to see if we’re still missing anybody. If not, I’ll put it up tomorrow.

  • Weston

    man i love DVR.
(4am? what the heck are they thinking?!?!?!?!?!)

  • David

    Thanks for doing this!

  • Geoff

It reminds me of the 2002 World Cup in Korea/Japan. Watching Brazil/Germany final at 2am in the morning. yuck.

I guess the world doesn’t revolve around America. ;)

  • Marc Silverstein

I’ve just emailed Cablevision in order to see if they will carry the NBC Olympic Soccer Channel. My guess is that if they’ve never heard of it, then they will definitely have the excuse to not carry it.

  • Chuck

I think it’s great that the games are being broadcast live. So what if I’ll have some wacky sleeping hours for a couple of weeks…..well worth it. Go USA!!

  • mele419

    Question:
What is the comcast soccer channel?

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Mele, I’m going to see what I can do to track down more info in the coming weeks. I have an email into NBC about this channel, and I’m going to call my Comcast company later this week. I’ll report back on what I find out.

  • Jwill193

Any news on netherlands line-ups? I enjoyed watching them in the Uefa Euro 2008 so much! I’m really hoping to see Ruud Van Nistel Rooy, Robben, and Sneijder there.

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Jwill, I’m putting up a post on the lineups soon, but not all teams have named their squads yet. But as a preview, here’s Netherlands:

    NETHERLANDS
GOALKEEPERS: Piet Velthuizen (Vitesse), Kenneth Vermeer (Ajax)

DEFENDERS: Kew Jaliens (AZ), Calvin Jong-A-Pin (SC Heerenveen), Kees Luijcks (AZ), Dirk Marcelis (PSV), Erik Pieters (PSV), Gianni Zuiverloon (West Bromwich Albion)

MIDFIELDERS: Otman Bakkal (PSV), Urby Emanuelson (Ajax), Jonathan de Guzman (Feyenoord), Hedwiges Maduro (Valencia), Evander Sno (Celtic)

FORWARDS: Roy Beerens (sc Heerenveen), Ryan Babel (Liverpool), Royston Drenthe (Real Madrid), Roy Makaay (Feyenoord), Gerald Sibon (sc Heerenveen).

    Thank you for doing this!
Please, please keep your eye out to see if anyone will be televising
the women’s Brazil v Germany round robin game on August 6.
    Go Marta!

  • chuck

I was at my parents house this weekend and i noticed on their Verizon cable that they already had the NBC Olympic channels on thier guide (obviously no content yet)I have RCN cabke in NY and I do not see the channels on my guide.

  • Sooz

FIFA has stated that the official squad lists will be announced on July 31. Here is a tidy one-page schedule for the men’s matches: http://www.fifa.com/mensolympic/matches/index.html

Re. Brazil, here’s an interesting twist of events – plenty of press on this right about now:
“Rafinha, Diego join up with Brazilian Olympic team without clubs’ permission”

  • loko

As usual the best place to find the soccer match you really want to watch in the USA (ie Brazil or Argentina) will be on P2P/bittorrent for delayed but high quality or streaming live on Chinese or Singapore tv with your p2p streaming client of choice. Bonus on that side should be that since it’s the Olympics, there should be lots of users contributing bandwidth. Downside, I don’t speak Mandarin. Fortunately, I’m fluent in Beautiful Game.

  • Rita

You mentioned that Comcast would carry the NBC Soccer Channel but today, July 29th, I just got off the phone with them and they are not planning to add this channel for Seattle anyway. The woman said they usually know a couple of weeks ahead of any broadcasting.
    Rats!!
    Rita

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Rita, I was just planning to call Comcast about this, and you’re breaking my heart with this news! I think we should all call Comcast and complain.

  • Raven

i just called Comcast in PA, she said she doesn’t believe so, i asked her to double check her emails on upcoming tv changes, she said she would, she sounded competent and will call me back, i am really hoping 4 good news, i live this stuff every 4 yrs~GIVE IT TO ME~

  • http://visionsofypsi.blogspot.com Andre

I would suggest also checking out this site. They have tons of live matches everyday from all over the world. I watch Arsenal matches that aren’t on TV there all the time. The streams are usually good. I’m sure they’ll have the olymic stuff, but they might not be in English. I’ve seen a lot of French, Japanese, and Korean stuff on there, but it’s better than nothing.

    http://livefooty.doctor-serv.com/

  • http://usa.worldcupblog.org Melissa

Damn. I really can’t be up at like 4am to watch this stuff. Any word on replays or on-demand stuff thats during reasonable hours? And this Comcast news is lame.

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Here’s my most recent email from the NBC hirelings:

“I passed your question along to my colleagues and from what I understand NBC Olympic Soccer coverage will be available via Video On Demand depending on your area and cable service provider. I will definitely keep you informed if I find out any additional information.”

As I said in the other Olympics coverage post, I have a post all written up about the fact that none of the cable providers seem to have heard of this channel. I’ll post it if I don’t hear anything else from NBC or Comcast.

  • allison

i just spoke to a guy at comcast yesterday (29 july) and asked if the san francisco area comcast subscribers would get the nbc olympic soccer channel…the guy had NO CLUE! he hadn’t heard of it…i read him the press release where it stated comcast would carry this channel…he was just silent…thanks, comcast.

so, i’m going to contact them next week, maybe the day before it all starts (5 august) and see what kind of answer i get then.

  • manson

I just checked with Comcast. As reported by others above, the customer service rep had never heard of NBC Soccer Channel or NBC Olympics Soccer Channel. She went off and checked with a bunch of people, and they too had never heard of it. So where did Laurie get the info (a) that it exists, and (b) that Comcast carries it? Perhaps he could help those of us struggling to pin it down before the games start.

  • Mathilde

In Philadelphia neither Comcast, nor Direct TV, mine, nor Dish Network have ever heard of the Olympic Soccer Channel. What is the point of NBC instituting these new channels and not ensuring that they will be shown? None of the above respond to enquiries by e-mail.

  • http://soccernet.com aji

guys, if u want to watch the upcoming olympics, go NBC tv and it’s family of stations as shown on the top page by laurie.

  • ivy hayes

the midsouth will not have the nbc olympic channels according to our rep. “those are national commercials, and our area is not involved.” not likely to add at this time.

  • Rita

    this website: http://www.livesoccertv.com/fixture-2008-08-06.php
says British Eurosport 1 will show the Germany Brazil game live on Wednesday August 6! Maybe that’s some satelite channel. Just an FYI
    Rita

  • Nancy Caneday

Thank you thank you thank you. God bless dvrs. At least this time we should be able to watch our team play….especially the women’s team!

  • David

Is there any news on whether Dish will be carring the NBC Soccer Chanel? Anyone – I cannot get a reply from the Dish site or from their reps. Thanks.

  • Mike

I just finished talking with my cable company, Charter. Their website says that they will carry coverage of Olympic soccer, NBC’s website says Charter will be carrying the NBC Soccer Channel, but it appears that they will not be carrying it.

  • Carbo

Thanks. I started a list like yours about an hour ago and then found your site. You just saved me hours of research.

  • J.Goodwin

Verizon FIOS is running both the SD Olympic channel and has both the basketball and soccer HD Olympic channels, and have added both CNBC HD and USA Network HD just in time for the Olympics.

It’s a whole lotta HD goin’ on, when you add NBC and Universal HD to those. Six channels of HD. Craziness, never thought I’d see the day.

  • Jimmy

    David,

I can’t provide a definitive answer about Dish, but here is what I’ve found so far. I’ll try and post a couple of the links in here. Navigating through the NBC Olympics website, they indicate that at least where I am (The Los Angeles Market), there will be six channels available. I just found a link on another website that indicated that Universal HD will be available on a number of outlets. What I found interesting is that they cite an Olympic Soccer Channel and Olympic Basketball channel available on most distributors, to include satellite. On my system, on channels 99-00 and 98-00, I see channel names of OLMPB and OLMPS which I’m hoping translates to the basketball and soccer channels. Anyway, here are a couple of the links I’ve found:

Laurie, Thank you so much for providing all of the info.

  • J.Goodwin

This link is to the media schedule for NBC olympics coverage.

It actually has the channel, date, and time, for all events.

See, if NBC had just released this to everyone, it would have saved us a lot of time and angst.

  • http://www.worldcupblog.org/world-football/nbcs-olympic-soccer-schedule-on-tv-and-online.html Johnny

I have AT&T’s U-verse TV, and they are definetly carrying all of the special olympic channels: Olympic Soccer, Olympic Basketball, and the Olympic Mandarin and Olympic Korean channels. They all are showing up on my TV

  • Johnny

woops. correctyion: i meant to say that the channels were special as to that they only showed the olympics, not that it was the special olympics the channels were showing. sorry…

  • Ben

I don’t think the US will get anywhere near the final, especially since GIAPPONE will destroy them tomorrow.

  • Kristin

Bless you for putting this schedule together! Its a fantastic help!

  • Kelly

Is Direct TV going to have the Olympic Soccer channel?

  • daniel

is there anywhere to watch these games online??

  • J.Goodwin
  • Honda

I hardly think Freddy Adu is a player to watch, he has made little progress as a player and is technically poor, overhyped. Altidore I will give more credit but he wont see first team action at villareal.

How horrible was the referee in the Japan Us game, clear cut penalty, pulled down in the box and he lets it go. The americans looked the poorer side and defended a poor goal that any other goalie would have safely covered. Guzan is the face of america, brutish, arrogant, and his little time wasting antics were despicable.

  • SoccerDude

You can watch all the soccer matches of Beijing Olympic from start to finish here.

NBC has elected to truncate the Australia vs. Serbia match, jumping in well after the 30th minute.

Same old NBC. Please use the contact form on NBC.com to let them know this is unacceptable. If anyone finds out when this game is going to be rebroadcast in its entirety, please post.

  • http://deleted Karl

For those in the DC/Maryland area, I’ve heard the NBC Olympic Soccer Channel actually exists, on Channel 221 if you have Comcast Digital Cable.

  • Julie

In Central Texas (Austin area), Time Warner has the Olypmic soccer channel on HD channel 1553.

  • Bobby

Time Warner in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area will have the Soccer Channel on 1503.

  • Rick Shearer

DISH NETWORK NBC OLYMPIC SOCCER CHANNEL. Watching Brazil right now on channel 098, also 367 if I remember correctly.

  • http://www.livesoccertv.com Rafael

I left this same reply in another post.

We’ve also published the full broadcast schedule for both mens and women’s olympic soccer. This is the coverage for UK, US, and Canada. Hope this helps:

  • Oscar Vaisbort

What are the game starting times ??
    Eastern, Pacific ?????

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Oscar, that’s not as easy a question as you might think. The majority are Eastern time. BUT according to NBC, “NBC weekday daytime show airs at same time in all time zones.” Whatever that means.

If you’d like more info, go to this post from NBC: http://www.nbcumv.com/special/S__Press_DEPTS_NBCMV_Press_Kits_2008_Beijing_24-HR_Listings_Document_080208.pdf

  • Joe G

The US women are about to brutishly and arrogantly drop a deuce on Japan; I can’t wait until our whiny friend comes back to complain about that.

  • Alan

Who is the former USWNT player doing the play-by-play for the Brazil v N Korea game? Brandy Chastain? Whoever it is, I really like her commentary, way better than anybody currently on ESPN, FSC or HDNet.

  • Honda

The punishment you Americans will suffer is your own. The most brutish, disrespectful and wasteful culture in fact what is American culture but poorly written television and obesity. Your national dish is the hot dog?

The only country to blatantly ignore the Kyoto agreement, continuing to produce street tank SUV’s, and out right dismissing the united nations decision by going to a hopeless war where there was a supposed threat of nuclear weapons.

The only nuclear threat are the Americans, who still to this day do not say a word in their papers about the two atomic bombs dropped on civilian city centers 63 years ago. A paragraph mention in the history books, supposedly the only way to win the war.

Well now that the Candian money is stronger will you still make fun of Canadians? Now that the Euro is stronger will you arrogantly look down at them still? And yes our Yen is stronger as well.

So live blindly, panem et circenses, bread and circuses to all of you cattle who live blindly under the despicable banner “Proud to be American”.

  • DC

Honda, yes young jedi, that is it! Connect with your hate and anger. It is the true way to the dark side. LOL!

Give me a break. You want to bring up events from 60 years ago but you conveniently say nothing of the things your own country was doing at the time? Nothing about the pathetic leadership that was in charge which could actually make the last 8 years of the U.S. seem somewhat sane? Then you get put in your place and want to whine about it? Well go ahead little man, whine all you want.

The fact is Japan and the U.S. are both countries that have great things as well as negatives. Unfortunately every country has ignorantly blind morons like yourself.

As for the sour grapes: Seriously bad form. Hopefully for your National team their attitude is not as pathetic as yours. Looking to excuses is the sure way to blind yourself from your true weaknesses and completely hinder all chance of improvement.

  • Doug

What a hypocrite you are. Pathetic. There is some truth to the things you decided to point out, but you posted from….where? the United States. Get you ars out of here and go back to your crowded and pathetic country – where by the way, your unpeaceful, follower people have raped and pillaged all they could in history – china, korea, etc. Gotta love the pathetic hypocrits who stay in the US and bash it.

  • Honda

    Doug, nice name, hahaha what a name, d o u g

  • soccer loony

Brandi Chastain is rockin’ on commentary..best one so far!!! Why didn’t someone hire her..sooner?? She can actually teach soccer novices about the game..duh America!

  • HeWhoLovesFootball

You are a saint for posting the schedule. NBC should have done a better job.

  • soccer fan

Olympics Soccer Channel on DirecTV 755

  • http://www.xanga.com/slkdjfod Kurtis

Thanks!! I was looking everywhere for a soccer schedule, the Olympics schedule is so hard to interpret, especially when it is placed in a block of 2:00 am – 2:00 pm! Unfortunately I found this after the first two US games, but will be ready for the Nigeria game and their run to the gold!!!

  • francisca

It’s not showing up on my tv…weird. The last channel is 753. I tried to imput 755 and it said channel does not exist. Maybe it’s not on direct tv in my area…if so…uhh

  • DC

The Olympic soccer channel is an HD channel on DirecTV. If you don’t have a HD receiver you can’t get it. It is on 755 and 756 is Universal HD during the Olympics for non-subscribers of the channel. Both are fantastic! One of our receivers is standard and both channels act exactly as you described.

  • jeri

THANK YOU, GREAT JOB LAURIE………. NOW IF YOU COULD TELL ME HOW I COULD FIND THE SCHEDULES FOR THE WHOLE SHABANG I’D BE THRILLED LOL. NBC DID A VERY POOR JOB.

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Jeri, NBC didn’t do a horrible job, they just did a horrible job publicizing it. Try
    this link
for starters. If that doesn’t work, try this one.

  • Brian

Brandi Chastain has not been “rockin’” on commentary. She has not been hired sooner because she is possibly the most annoying person I’ve ever heard on TV. She just won’t shut up. Soccer Loony, people new to the game won’t be won over by someone who ruins a telecast with incessant talking. I feel very bad for her booth partners and for everyone who already likes soccer and doesn’t need to be lectured to death.

  • Josimars

Leave Brandi alone. She is very knowledgeable about the game and very fair in her observations. She is also very pretty too. Her husband must feel blessed

  • Melissa

In the Boston area on Comcast, NBC Soccer Channel is on 865 in HD.

  • NorskVa

Big thank you for the Direct tv posts. I was getting tired of waiting for the ‘rewind’ on the NBCOlympics site. Still better than listening to the monotone blathering of Brandi Chastain though!

  • TexasMail

So many sites list the game times as the start of the channel coverage.
For example, the Tuesday women’s match between the U.S. and New Zealand is listed as 4:00 AM U.S. Central time. However, the ussoccer.com shows the actual match time as starting at 6:45 AM U.S. Central.

My DISH listing for MSNBC only shows 4:00 AM Central as the start of coverage.

So far, the us soccer web site has given the correct times for the start of the match so I can record it.

    See http://www.ussoccer.com/schedule/index.jsp.html

  • george

    Great goals by Brazil’s Cristaine

  • Gordon

Please tell me why American soccer broadcasters insist on using the word SERVICE in describing what everyone in the soccer world knows is a PASS.As in english meaning: Passing the ball from one player to another
Example: a bad pass.a terrible pass. a great pass.a lousy pass. a terrific pass. There is a sport for the correct unlimited use of the word SERVICE and that sport is TENNIS. In wanting to be different Americans often get things wrong because they refuse to follow anything that is traditional, in fact, they enjoy breaking down traditions and replacing it for the most part with utter rubbish and destroying whats left of their understanding of the English language.

  • Michael McLaughlin

    Hi

Is there a way to watch the games without seeing what the final score was?

I tried the rewind but the screen darkened and a popup just sat their in the middle of the screen.

Wow. Thanks for the post. You’d think NBC might actually tell people about soccer or even broadcast some games in primetime. But I did get to get see synchronized diving. It was right after Olympic Checkers.

  • George

Thank you Laurie for all your efforts to untangle the soccer schedule mess that NBC has presented to its viewers. I am waking up at 5 am to watch soccer on NBC (ch 2 and or MSNBC ch 356)scheduled sometime between 5 am – 2 pm. The whole thing is such a fiasco, with getting the results of matches you want to watch LIVE. This has crippled my viewing enjoyment so now I wait for the results at the end of the day. I am sure there a lot of people out there as disappointed as I am.To NBC I say “The way to hell is paved with good intentions.

  • kenny

I am new to this blog. can you
fellows tell me more about this blog?
What is the main focus here? thanks
    a lot

  • Kim

Isn’t this supposed to be a blog specifically written about soccer? I am only 18 and see the immaturity in the people who insist on arguing over countries on here. GROW UP. Just watch the Olympics and if you have something to say just shut up because no one cares. The US will win because we are the best country of all :)

  • http://. frank mcstravick

Thank you for taking the time to post a soccer schedule. It was helpful.

  • su_A_ve

Any updates on QF matches? No info as to what matches will be live and where.

There are 2 matches at 6am and 2 at 9am. Which will be shown live on HD (soccer channel)?

  • DC

It’s good to see that traitor Rossi and his diving teammates sent home by a team who was a man down. Ciao!

  • Jason

Brandi Chastain is a HORRIBLE commentator. I hope this is the last time I hear her on TV… ever. Great player… great defender… horrible TV personaltiy.

At least she’s not negative 100% of the time anymore like she was during the group stages. Was like watching a game with an angry old lady.

I feel bad for JP. Just let Balboa do men’s and women’s.

  • jen

    thank you brian and jason!
    brandi is killing us.
    brandi -please just STOP TALKING!!

  • Al

When and what channel for teh women’s soccer gold medal game?

Ditto on rossi and teh divers sent home

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Al, right now I’m seeing it on at 9:00 a.m. Eastern, 6:00 Pacific on Thursday, 8/21.

    Live on:
    – Olympic Soccer Channel (for those lucky enough not to have a cable company that sucks. Comcast, for sheer suckitude, I’m lookin’ at you.)
    – USA and USA HD
    – Telemundo

That may change though, now that the US is in the finals. I’ll keep an eye out and update the post if I see anything.

  • marcus

The American Commentators almost completely ruin the beautiful experience of soccer. Their comments are narrow and shallow and they don’t even know how much frustration they cause.

  • Karen

NBC Soccer Channel is also available on Verizon FIOS TV HD Channel 897 (at least in the DC Metro area).

  • Nigerian Hottie

Please can you clarify the actual time for the men’s final? you list it on 2 days (friday and saturday). Also anyone know what channel on TimeWarner NBC Soccer channel is?

  • http://none Bert

The best schedule I found online after much searching was the Seattle Times @ http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/olympics/2008093760_olytv07.html
but I’m still unsure about the Eastern/Western time zone.

  • Veelia

So, the US Women are playing a Gold Medal match against Brazil and IT’S NOT ON ANY CABLE CHANNEL. This is ridiculous. Im pissed.

  • Steve

love Brandi Chastain as a player…

but good grief, please gag her…she is one of these people who some long winded comment about everything, and especially the obvious things. Just one platitude after another. Turn the sound off.

  • http://iamunsureofthisquestion Melanie

Please help! Thank you for this great listing! I missed the Women’s game and I want to catch a repeat; however, I can’t find this so called “NBC Olympic Soccer Channel”. How do I go about finding out the what channel it corresponds to in my area?

  • http://france.worldcupblog.org Laurie

Melanie, you’ll have to call your cable company to see if they offer it. Good luck! (P.S. It was a fantastic game.)

  • dan

thanks for this site. I’ve enjoyed all the games and hope that Brandi Chastain loses her voice
