My Comcast guy had also never heard of it, and so far I've sent six emails to NBC. I did get a response to the most recent saying the person at NBC has kicked my question upstairs for an answer. If that doesn't work, I have a nasty anti-NBC post waiting to be posted and forwarded to every US soccer site I can think of. :-) Mathilde, I’m having the same problem.
