I saw the game and the referee from South Africa was one of the worst in this championship. He gave Guinea a penalty as a gift and failed to give the moroccan a penalty when the guinean player touched the ball with his hand in the surface of operations. But Morocco is more classier than that. The next game against Ghana will the desicion maker in this group. If Morocco wins that game, they will automatically qualify to the quarter final due to the gaol average. Good luck to the Atlas Lions.

For those who don’t know, Aboucherouane plays in Tunisia with club side Esperance… Something tells me he won’t be there much longer though. His goal was crazy. This tournament continues to thrill.

Well, it’s over! Probably the best game so far, 3-2 with some terrific goals involved, and even a sending off. Entertaining to say the least. Now Morocco have to beat Ghana (it’s a given that Ghana will beat Namibia) and Guinea have to score a hatful of goals against Namibia, without Fendouno. Out of the two, I do think that Guinea will be more likely to beat Cote D’Ivoire who are the odds on favourite to win Group B.

Wow. That was the most exciting game of the tournament (so far)right there. Morocco got some really tough breaks, but the Feindounou red card canceled a lot of them out.

Morocco has to work really hard for a tie right now. If they lose, they are putting themselves in a terrible position. You don’t want to go into the game against Ghana needing a win. Cuz I’d put my money on Guinee in the Namibia game, even without Feindouno.
