World Cup Hooligans, this could be you

It has been quite the week of ups and downs for South Africa in regards to World Cup 2010. First FIFA head honcho Sepp Blatter said there were alternate plans in place in case things fall apart. Then he backed off those comments and reiterated that the tournament will be held in South Africa no matter how many times he sticks his foot in his mouth suggesting it may not.

And now there is this story, which is not World Cup related at all unless you plan on going to South Africa and you have a fear of being superglued naked to an exercise bike. That is one way to deter hooligans the world over from crashing the party.
