England to me is finished, just as the French are. They showed the same kind of ineptitude and helplessness as Domenech's team. No scoring chances. Total boredom. Algeria played pretty well, but that is because it was so easy to stop England.

Also, while I don't think I would boo them, I have a certain amount of sympathy for the boo-boys – if I travelled half way round the world to watch England put in that kind of performance, I'd be pretty miffed. I was pretty annoyed about it watching it here.
