Tumi, Tumi, Tumi, Oi, Oi, Oi

Out fearless South Africa correspondent Ben gets us all caught up to date with this week’s news about World Cup 2010. The new face and voice of the local organizing committee is none other than Tumi Makgabo, the one time ubiquitous talking head on CNN. We’re not sure if this is good or bad news, or even news in general, but we are looking forward to seeing her, as Ben describes, unflappable but startled looks when she stands beside Pele, Beckenbauer, Sepp, et al., while they predict South Africa is a contender for the World Cup.
