South Africa Police Commissioner Wants to Legalize Prostitutes & Public Drinking for 2010 World Cup

By: WC Bob | April 2nd, 2007 | 13 Comments »

The 2006 World Cup in Germany was “A Time to Make Friends” and as the tournament showed there is no better way to make friends than to host it in a country where prostitution and public drinking are legal. Jackie Selebi, South Africa’s National Police Commissioner, thinks that legalizing prostitution and public drinking might be just the ticket to make the 2010 World Cup a success too.

Speaking to the Parliamentary Safety and Security Committee he said:

“I want you to apply your minds to my dilemma of what to do with the thousands of soccer hooligans expected to imbibe in public spaces and those who would feel the urge to try out other more exotic pastimes both currently illegal in South Africa”, the Police Commissioner pleaded.

“You as a committee must be sitting and thinking of how we are going to get around this. If a visiting fan is out on the street having a bottle of beer, must I arrest him, because it is illegal?

Nothing brings out the urge to try out more exotic pastimes than the World Cup. Selebi’s public safety plan has been roundly criticized.

Kahuru will finally be able to engage in legal sex acts. Awesome. I can hear him already singing Aerosmith’s “Back in the Saddle Again”.

The German hookers are constantly tested for STDs and HIV. South Africa is rampant with AIDS so you probably will be playing Russian Roulette there. You might be better off holding your own.

Thanks for sharing your experiences Pokemoon, you know a lot more about this trade than anyone, is it really that hard for you to get laid that you have to go for hookers? oops I forgot, you came from one :)
P.S. Sensible people will be heading to RSA to cheer their teams on, Johns like you on the other hand will get stupid and get AIDS, simple.

I suppose Canada and the rest of the world is free of AIDS and everyone goes boinking everything in sight without a rubber, those are only needed when you go to SA right?
