BYOB: Bring Your Own Bratwurst

I haven’t thought much about the culinary delights that will be in store for me when I take off for Germany in a few weeks. I’m a lot more interested in the football I’ll be watching. But I guess I do need to eat and at least in Germany you can select restaurants by their ratings. As our blogger in South Africa Ben reports, the same can’t be said in South Africa where you might have to eat at your own peril in 2010. I’m sure there are many fine dining establishments in both Germany and South Africa, but as long as there is beer and football my stomach will smile.
