World Cup Warm Up: Japan Ants Draw Against Brazil Ants

People everywhere are waiting eagerly for the next 24 hours or so to pass before we finally kick off the World Cup. One way you can pass the time, naturally, is to stage bizarre World Cup competitions. It is simple, really. Just take any living creatures, choose sides, give them a ball and keep score of goals.

You can look no further for inspiration than to Japan where World Cup matches between Japan and Brazil have been held in a fish tank and on the ant farm. Brazil has the advantage in water, but the two ant combatants played to a highly spirited draw.

No word yet if the ant teams will square off against the fish, but there are still 24+ hours to go so anything could happen.

Good to see Nakanta and co. doing well against Antiano and his ant gang.

Crap. I had Brazil winning that one 4-1. There goes my tournament predictions.

Take a look how ugly is the Ronaldinho ant… But is surely the best of the world!
