World Cup Ticket Resale Site Opens March 27

I have to admit that I have twice read the rules regarding how people holding tickets to the World Cup can sell them back to FIFA or transfer them to someone else and I am still not entirely clear how this all is going to work. The long and short of it: if you have tickets you don’t want, go to the FIFA website starting March 27 or send your tickets to World Cup Blog c/o Bob. Personally I think the latter option is easier and better, but that is up to you to decide.
