Blog reader Beck writes: “Did you see this coverage in London’s Daily Sport? A fan ‘found’ Rooney’s face on a Burger King bun. When he opened the Wopper wrapper he saw the England star’s face staring back at him. Fans are taking it as an omen of great things to come!”

this is clearly a sign that england are gonna win the world cup. if you look at it statistically, every world cup winner since 1930 has had its star player’s face appear on some food served in a public place. rooney’s face on a burger is clear proof that we will beat sweden tonight by a large margin no matter how poorly we play. hargreaves for barca!
