Sneak Peek at Nike Kits Revisted

By: WC Bob | February 13th, 2006 | 6 Comments »

Last month I posted an image that was rumored to be the Nike uniform designs that teams will wear this summer in Germany. Turns out that the image might be legit. Take a look at the South Korea , Mexico, Dutch, US and Portugal kits that have been officially unveiled and you will see that they look like the ones in the image.

Here’s a place where you can buy and purchase all World Cup kits.

I think these look much better than the every-team-looks-the-same Nike kits in 2002, but I still prefer the design we see in Puma’s Saudi Arabia kit.

Is it just me or are these uniforms not that good. I understand that retro is in and I am glad everyone is not the same thing but come on is this the best that one of the world’s largest sporting good company can come up with. be creative not repetative.

I agree with what Eric has said. These uniforms are not that good looking. I know that soccer (or any other sport) isn’t all about the looks, but these uniforms will be seen all around the world during WORLD CUP 2006 and I don’t think they are best for such an event.
