Sepp Blatter Didn’t Get Any World Cup Tickets

FIFA president Sepp Blatter has lashed out at the German Football Association’s handling of sales of World Cup tickets. “The Germans have chosen a system that I don’t understand at all,” he told Swiss newspaper NZZ am Sonntag. “I don’t know how many meetings we’ve had about it. We’re just not making any progress with the German FA.” Blatter, who possibly is like millions of us who never actually landed tickets through the asinine online lottery system and therefore is harboring some sour grapes, wants FIFA to take control of ticket sales in South Africa in 2010. Wouldn’t it be great if he appoints Jack Warner to oversee all tickets?
