22 – Number of cards accumulated by Portugal, the most of the remaining teams.

58.82% - PKs made in quarter finals.

Does anyone still think we need to move the penalty spot further back?

Geez this was done without a whole lot of research wasn’t it - a sheet of the results is all it would take. Italy didn’t beat the USA, so they only have 4 wins. One of Portugal’s wins was on penalties, so we’ll give you that one.

And finally, Ukraine won a penalty shootout over Switzerland, so that makes it 3 teams by my count.
