If the words “swift prosecution” and “Germany” don’t send a chill down your spine than we don’t know what will. The German courts are eager to sink their teeth into any hooligans who try to cause havoc this summer at the World Cup. German justice officials say they will fast track hooligan-related cases so that they will go to trial in as little as 24 hours, which is approximately the amount of time German coach Jurgen Klinsmann will have to flee the country if his team exits the tournament early.
