SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on the Italian game. More mindless Italian thugs causing trouble and violence over a stpid game. When will these ultras realise their is more to life than football. This tragic death will only give these Italian football hooligans more stimulation to cause violence and blatant thuggery. But then again DAVID i am sure you will defend this behaviour.

With the Italian Serie A officially labelled a joke and a disgrace by their own people, it is no wonder the English Premier League is now the Premier League of them all. Italian football it seems has not learnt a thing from their successes at the world cup. If anything they have gone backwards.

A part of me feels the upcoming European Championships would not be the same with Italy not in it, but bugger them. They had enough luck in the last world cup to attone for all the self proclaimed bad luck in previous cups. All roads lead to Scotland. I believe next month Scotland will be taking the high road to glory and Italy will stumble on the low road that will lead them back to the shambolic Serie A.

After all my time chatting with you David i feel i have developed quite an understanding of you and your psychological state. I would liken you to an AC Milan goalkeeper. Brilliant at times but makes critical errors. And when all seems lost cheat, steal, feign, backstab, mislead. Whatever it takes to swing the tide in your favour. Whilst us uneducated pricks in the english speaking world do not accept this behaviour, it is obvious the sophisticated non-english speaking world not only condone this behaviour, but they defend it.
David i find it quite amazing that you choose to continue on your crusade when it is obvious you are way out of your depth. If you did not notice i was actually agreeing with some of the points you made about this article, but was just pointing out having spent four years of my life in Europe, that basically this article serves no pupose than to stimulate the senses of egotistical pricks such as yourself. Just what is the point of the article? You say it is to highlight the politics and hypocrisy of the English speaking press. Just where does it do this? And i dont want to listen to the opinions of this reporter, who if had any credibility at all would not be working for channel 4. Now i could go through the entire article and highlight the contradictions and errors, however it is obvious trying to explain something to you is as difficult as pushing shit up a hill.
Poor old David. Probably a struggling reporter who has nothing better to do with himself than slag off his own kind. A man with obvious deep Italian roots. Some would say a little too deep. Even Italian people on this very forum have slagged you off, and you claim people respect your comments. It was so wrong of me to criticise the Italian people after your disrespectful comments about Australians. Like i have said ,i like the Italian people. It is you i do not like.

Dipshit, the English speaking media is not the whole world.

Why don't you learn another language you uneducated fuck. Then perhaps you could understand what Im talking about.

Example - If Australia's first language was Farsi then we would more than likely be watching Iranian football instead and would be told that this is great...because the crowds are good... and stuff.

Instead we speak English. Therefore we are unfortunate enough to have to be "educated" into learning the ways of the EPL. Shin kicking, toe punting, shoulder charging and through ball truckings from your own half. Oh, this sounds like Mal Meninga's final seasons with the Canberra Raiders - just what you losers look for in Football - rugby league tactics.

This article from Channel 4 is just an example from a non-Italian about the politics and hypocrisy of the English SPEAKING press (not just the English press you moron - English is the first language of many other countries).

I mean, its like saying that Melbourne Victory dont have a chance in hell to defend its A-League premiership. No other nationality would be so stupid as to discount any reigning champion apart from someone so cock-eyed and brain washed such as the "believable" English speaking press.

Perhaps the Americans actually walked on the moon...and perhaps it wasnt the Bush admin that didnt bring down the towers... As a whole youre a gullible faction.

Another point - Once again, I was never referring only to the British media, but also other English (the language) speaking countries such as Australia.

Another point - If I believed everything I read, wouldnt I be just like the rest of you gold digging tryhards and be supporting the EPL? MORON. Contradiction is your art form.

Another point - everyone of my points and arguments are backed up by fact. Just like youve previously admitted - you knew nothing and were making statements out of anger.

Out of pure boredom I reply to you. But thanks for brushing up on your English. It now appears youve learned grammar, puncuation and spelling.

My God David. You are back and you are more boring than ever.
What point exactly are you trying to make with this article ? Maybe there is a good reason why this reporter writes for a useless media source such as 4. A source that has a reputation as sound as a homeless bum.
You wanted analysis David so i will give you my analysis of this article.

Who says AC Milan cannot win the Champions League this year ? (this twat of a reporter). Nobody in their right mind would honestly believe that AC Milan did not have an outstanding chance of winning this years champions league. Sure their league form has not been great to date but we all know this counts for absolutely nothing in Europe. David it is obvious that when this article was written there was a severe lack of sporting news headlines. But it is obvious you believe everything you hear. This article goes along the same lines as many of your arguments. SOUL-LESS arguments which have no spine. You have an attitude that the whole world is against you, where really it is your inability to take jokes which is your downfall.
David my friend. The English media is not the Italian hating organisation that you may believe. Do you not think that it is quite obvious SKY would choose to concentrate on British teams ? especially in the first few rounds where sky are merely giving the British public what they want. Sure there will be a few disgruntled Italian football fans, but hey David in business it is normally the most feasible option to go with the majority. David like every year in the champions league there will be a natural progression in showing more Italian and Spanish sides as the tournament progresses, but you would not know this because you have no idea. You have heard an argument that sounds legitimate, and have jumped on the bandwagon. I think this sums you up perfectly.

TABLOID TV - the English Way

An article written recently on Channel 4.

TV tantrum
The Champions League group stage has only just got underway and already British coverage of the Italian teams has enraged Steve Wilson

The wise old owls on Sky Sports were once again quick to dismiss the Italian challenge in the Champions League, although I say this as if it should be a shock to anyone. Following Milan’s fairly efficient start to the competition with a 2-1 win over Benfica – a team who have upset Liverpool and Manchester United in recent seasons, clubs from ‘the greatest League in the world’ – the pundits were dismissing the chances of the Rossoneri retaining the prestigious silverware.

“Too old!” were the cries from the assembled pack, and admittedly it is an allegation that Milan cannot defend. With seven of the men who started against the Portuguese outfit aged over 30 the simple fact is that Carlo Ancelotti’s squad relies heavily on experience over youth. But is that such a bad thing? In Europe’s top club competition you need players who know how to cope in games where one slip up or one missed chance can be the difference between a win and a loss.

Due to Milan’s stale summer spending it goes without saying that the majority of their team have the medal to prove that they have trodden this path before – Clancy Seedorf on four occasions. And with a group that should pose no real threat – and that’s hard for me to say as a Bhoy – the real test for the side won’t come until after the January transfer window. By that time teenager Alexandre Pato will be installed – although it is perhaps asking too much to expect Sky’s Anglo-centric panel to have taken that fact into account before writing Milan off.

For a team that has won seven European Cups it would be churlish to reject them as potential winners even if they had been drawn in a group of death and forced to play their reserves. Somehow they are just always there or thereabouts at the end. You can’t imagine Andy Gray and friends disregarding Real Madrid quite as quickly – the Galacticos after all are the greatest team in the world, picking up the mantle in the evening after Manchester United have finished using it during Super Sunday.

Which brings me to the precious Manchester club, who could forget their magical victory in the Nou Camp in 1999? Seriously, if anyone has forgotten then just tune in to ITV’s Champions League coverage and Clive Tyldesley will fill you in within two minutes of kick-off. The average age of United’s players was 28. Milan’s 14 against Benfica averaged out at just under 29 and a half-years-old. Can an extra 18 months per player really put a club out of contention? The years between 26 and 30 are a player’s prime after all.

United had Peter Schmeichel who reached 36 in 1999, a 34-year-old Denis Irwin and needed a goal from 33-year-old Teddy Sheringham that night. And they certainly didn’t have anyone who could claim to be the world’s best ‘a la Kaka’ in their side. I’m not saying that Milan will definitely be crowned in Moscow next May – for what it’s worth my money is on their blue and black neighbours – but to chalk them off the contenders list on the cliché of age is ludicrous, but then what more do you expect from Tabloid TV?

Oh yeh David, as you might have seen, I dropped the whole Italian racial thing quite a while ago. Your insistence of using this racial hatred shows what ignorant, racist pricks you are.
My only hope for you is that there are genuine Lebanese people reading this. Maybe then you will see first hand what lebos can be like.
Type all the boring so called facts you like, but the fact is you are boring, and you twist my arguments into your own words, and then use them against me. Sad really.
Anyway David i am sick of you. You are boring, cynical(alot like your soccer team really) and like i said you have similar attitudes to hitler. (hail hitler, hey David). And no you are wrong. Our Australian Government helps fat cunts like you whom never leave the side of their only friend mr computer to lose weight.
And David, if you were anything like the intelligent, sophisticated man you claim to be you would realise i am winding you up. I throw out the bait and you keep biting. Your responses prove my original point, and the funny thing about your comments is that you actually do believe what you are saying. That tells me you are a troubled soul in need of immediate attention.
