Argentina won an enemy in me. Their display was disgusting and incompetence of the referee was pathetic. A disgusting game.

Argentina were simply awesome and majestic in the first 60 minutes of the game. They look the best of all teams so far going forward. Ayala and Heinze did well at the back. Had Arg not sat back in the latter half of the game, it could well have been 3 or 4-1. The Ivorians played well enough for their 1 goal, and I am sure they will give Serbs and the Dutch a surprise or two!!

Great match today!! This is what the world cup is about, great football by both teams. Argentina were awesome, but IC were pretty good challenge. This was definately the most exciting match so far.

watching argentina dive makes me not want watch the world cup. what other teams dive like them? I will avoid their matches.

Argentina truly the master of diving. Dived with perfection. Its a shame the Ref bought most of it. The match is exilirating but the diving is really too much of an anti-climatic. True champion win with honor. Argentina should shove their act up their you-know-where.

Lucky buggers. They shall meet at later stages in the tournament again, then revenge will be Ivory Coats’s. They were robbed by the ref, plain and simple.
