June 4 World Cup Friendlies Online Viewing Guide

By: WC Bob | June 4th, 2006 | 5 Comments »

Another day, another half dozen or show friendlies involving World Cup teams. As we make the final push towards the World Cup it is interesting to see which teams are trying to finish off with confidence-boosting wins and which teams are merely going through the routine. The Chinese pirates have come through for us again with three games being beamed onto your computer screens. In between you can watch the French Open. Technology is a wonderful thing.

Here are today’s games listed in Central European Time. Online viewing works best if you use Internet Explorer.

15:00 Netherlands - Australia
15:00 Japan - Malta
16:00 Korea Republic - Ghana
16:30 Côte d’Ivoire - Slovenia
18:00 Brazil - New Zealand

As always, check in with the team blogs for analysis and opinions of the various games. Happy viewing.

This will finally be a good test for the footballeroos. I’ll be sure to watch that one.

Let’s see if Japan can pull a tight offense again, although Malta won’t be a good enough opponent.

More than scoring many goals, I hope Brazil plays a good match and shows some intimacy between the players, instead of just endless passes and holes in the defence.
