How much would you pay to sleep in Ronaldinho’s bed?
We’re not regular Ebay shoppers in these parts, but occasionally the crazy things people put up for auction do catch our eye. Today there is the story of a hotel in Switzerland that is offering you the chance to stay in the same hotel rooms as Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Kaka, Roberto Carlos and Adrinao just hours after the Brazil team checks out after staying there for two weeks of World Cup training.
Taking a look at the bids so far, Ronaldinho has received the most love with a top bid of 502 Swiss francs, while Adriano’s room is going for a mere 51 Swiss francs, a good bargain considering normal rates at the hotel are 480 to 780 Swiss francs.
At those prices and given Brazil’s policy regarding sex during training, we can only hope the hotel provides clean sheets and/or Ronaldinho’s girlfriend.
For those who are inclined to bid, the auction (www.ebay.ch) runs until May 29.
