Hot Hot Hot: Some Coaching Seats are Feeling Toasty

By: WC Bob | February 8th, 2006 | No Comments »

What an interesting and perilous time it is to be a World Cup coach. First you have Sven-Goran Eriksson, England’s self-created lame duck who is the epicenter of the coaching earthquake. Then you have Australia’s Guus Hiddink, the hot girl that every team wants to ask out to the next prom. Then there is Big Phil whose eyes are on England much to the dismay of those in Portugal. Meanwhile, Ghana’s Ratomir Dujkovic is under the crossfire for his team’s disappointing showing in the CAN with Togo’s Stephan Keshi in a similar tenuous position.

Maybe these coaches should follow the lead of French coach Raymond Domenech and look to the skies for advice.
