When he does finally move, he still comes very close to saving it. Plus, the ball does not cross the goal line at the corner, but rather ends up there once it hits the back of the net. As pretty as the strike was, it was saveable, and GK error has at least as much to do with the goal as does the strike itself. Conclusion: not the goal of the tournament. Cole's was much harder for a GK to read, as was Lamm's. Heck, Kone's goal for CIV vs. HED and both ITA strikes vs. GER in extra time were absolutely immaculate.
