England’s Theme Song. No Kidding

By: WC Bob | February 13th, 2006 | 15 Comments »

In the race to be named the official theme song for England’s World Cup team, this song has to be considered the front runner. Now if only I could decide who I should vote to sing it….

I knew they would pull some sorta stuff like that out of the hat. But still, not the most stupid thing by far. Whatever, don’t blame me for having only troubles with english supporters.

The Dutch are mostly easy going even though there is a huge rivalry with them and the Germans, but the English always trying to find some way to top their last WC’s b/s.

As an Englishman and a dedicated England football team fan, I’m disgusted by the people that have made that song/video and I would like to stress that by no means does the song or video reflect the true feelings of the fans or the country. The people who did it should be ashamed to try and drag us down to that crap.

What is wrong with the song/video? Football is a social occasion where a lot of people get together in a pub or sit at home watching footie and drinking beer!! For god’s sake, the whole thing is sponsored by a beer company. Personally I love the song and will be singing it as I saw many doing in Anfield.

Wires crossed i think? i was talking about the song & video ‘No Kidding’. Of course footie’s a social thing drinking beer ect, i’m worried about songs giving out the wrong image to the world about us…the fans. All that song does is hark back to the dark times of English football, a place I dont wont to go back to.

So we are winning and still haven’t played our best yet. but

“..we paid our dues our time has come…”

Come and have a listen to the most optimistic song out now.

AUF WIEDERSEHEN ENGLAND!

Very happy here, though not relieved exactly as there was never a need to be anxious during today’s match and this most pathetic of English performances yet. And thank God it was the last one!

Will happily watch all the obnoxious “fans” (England’s word for their worst scum they send around the world) catch their flights home and leave the final stage of the tournament to those who can handle it properly.

Don’t suppose your man Blair is sending anyone to clean up the incredible mess you folk left in Baden-Baden, Gelsenkirchen or just about everywhere you set your filthy feet?!

England exiting the tournament is the best thing that can happen to any host nation of any tournament. No one likes the team, or the supporters.

Have a good trip home and never come back!

Nadine
