Beenhakker Inhales, Takes a Shot at England
Trinidad and Tobago coach Leo Beenhakker has a drug problem that inflicts many of us. He is addicted to football. “For me football is like dope - you try to take a few months away but it always pulls you back,” he said. The Dutchman, who is leading the Soca Warriors into their first World Cup, apparently is letting his football buzz affect his judgment.
Breaking all taboos by actually speaking honestly about his opponents, Beenhakker had this to say about Group B foe England on Sunday:
“All I see with my eyes wide open is a team that doesn’t perform when it comes to the World Cup and the European Championships,” he said. “England have fantastic players, one of the strongest leagues in the world and a population of 50 million. These guys should be prepared for everything but they never win.
“England are one of the favourites for the World Cup because of the talents they have but they have to show it.”
Things sure would be a lot more interesting if other coaches and players followed Beenhakker’s lead and just said yes to drugs.

Ironic these two posts are coming from countries that would no be speaking or typing in their present language if it were NOT for England….but hey, here’s the third
I totally agree with the coach, and he’s right in other regards
Beckham, with his kick-over the woodwork & now selling cologne?
Wayne Rooney is Injured and he’ll be a distraction with all the media asking…”When will you be back? When will you be Back?”
Anyways, this coach says alot of truth but I still think England is stronger than his team, if anything, its motivation.
