A Victory for Freedom of Press and Fans

Press HatScore one for the world’s journalists. FIFA announced today that it is lifting the restrictions it was trying to impose on the use of online photos and images during the World Cup. The world’s football organization wanted to restrict media outlets from posting images until two hours after the end of each match. We welcome this decision from FIFA and look forward to sharing out photos with you while the action happens in Germany this summer.
