A Lesson in Lying

Far be it from us to ever encourage anyone to tell a lie, but if you do feel the need to tell a fib, please try to be a little wiser than Ecuador striker Ivan Kaviedes. The player known as El Nine is quickly becoming one of our favorite World Cup figures. Not only does he have an absurd amount of untapped talent, but he is simply absurd is his mercurial ways. That is always a winning combination in our book and has given us a reason to pay attention to Ecuador. We’re hoping that he stays out of trouble long enough to make it to the World Cup where he can display some talents other than an inability to lie.
