A Case of Mistaken Identity

By: WC Bob | May 29th, 2006 | 3 Comments »

Hey, we all make mistakes. For the past six months I have thought that Austria made the World Cup, but really it is Australia. Same difference, right? It is good to know that even publications that are slightly more esteemed than World Cup Blog can get a bit confused. As Daryl on our USA Blog points out, the Times has made a wonderful blunder. Take a look at the man in the picture on the left side of this post. That is United States forward Eddie Johnson. Now click here and see what he’d look like after a year on Michael Jackson’s ranch. That is one way to confuse your opponents.
