I suppose it simply slipped your mind that there is another FIFA World Cup next year…

I look forward to your extensive coverage complete with lots of picture of all the hot guys in the crowd to balance out the incessant media images of hot girls on the pitch. Don’t you just hate imbalance?

Yeah Sylvia is right, there’s the Under… i think its under 23 world cup held in Canada (whoot whoot) Perhaps u should add that.

I have a question. It says the Confederation cup has the winner of all the tournaments and stuff. So how many teams is there? and does that mean Greece was in the Confederations cup in 2005? And is there always a Confederations cup the year before world cup in the same place?

Thanx in advance

Pedro P> Exactly what I intend to do. I am leaving in one week and will be enjoying the sun and surf and sardines of the Algarve for the month of August. Maybe I’ll even go for a drink with Figo.

Sooooooze! Deci bre? (this right?)

The Vilamoura Marina is always totally crowded in August… And you’re gonna drop by “7″ for a drink, and try to see Figo and Beckham laughing their heads off at the Ronaldo vs Rooney case… ;-)

B - Gosh, I wish we had Scolari, back in ENG…
F - His english’s shit. But he also likes to get his face in the magazines, for a little $, like you. You could get along well…
B - Yeah… Who knows, maybe next time we make it to the last 8 again…
F - Don’t worry… Portugal won’t do well in the next 40 years…
B - What, France is already out…? C’mon, you got a very good team. You Just have to start using strikers in front of the midfielders…
F - But that’s what England does and you never get anywhere… Sven even took one out and placed Hargreaves in the back - he was right, it was your best player…
B - That’s rubish… Our best player was Lampard… Maybe even, who knows, ME. Anyway, as long as you bring C Ronaldo, the world won’t even notice the rest… What else d’ya want?
F - It’ll still take another 40 years… But yeah, you and Lampard were the best players for England… F###ing biased crowds and refs…
B - Yeah… How’s R Carvalho’s wife, by the way? I hurde she wasn’t too happy with Rooney?
F - Carvalho’s voice is back to normal, now. But his walk will never be the same again…
B - Yeah…
F - So, d’ya think Rooney and Ron will finish it off the “Zidane way”?
B - They’ll do it the “Ricardo way”…
F - No gloves & throw yourself on the floor, screaming in agony from the rough contact of the wind?
B - Yeah…

F - SISSYS
B - SISSYS

Anyway, check the link, Soze… It’s very funny!

Sylvia, you’re absolutely right. All apologies, meant no disrespect. The 2007 Women’s World Cup has been added to the list. Can’t guarantee any pictures of hot men though.

Pedro P> It’s right but the dialect you used is Serbian. Croats would not use ‘bre’. It’s understood anyway. How are things, we gonna meet up for a beer at the ‘7′?

I saw that page before, the site is great, very sarcastic…that guy had some extra time on his hands…Love the Essential Portuguese section.
