Brazil to Officially Bid on 2014 World Cup
It is no secret that Brazil wants to host the 2014 World Cup and it is no secret that Brazil is the frontrunner to host the tournament so it should come as no surprise that Brazil will officially offer up a bid to FIFA on Wednesday to host the world’s greatest sporting event eight years from now.
It is South America’s turn to host the World Cup in 2014 and the other countries in the confederation have thrown their support behind Brazil hosting the tournament for the first time since 1950. If the country can muster the money to improve its stadium situations and to upgrade its transportation infrastructure, and if Sepp Blatter isn’t bought off by some Colombian drug lords, I can’t see any reason why we all won’t be sambaing in the streets of Brazil in 2014.

They have won the tournament five times and have only hosted it once. They deserve it far more than any other country in the world.
Personally, I think the last thing the world needs is people getting bored of Europe winning all the time, since every other tournament is held in Europe (Remember, Europeans have only won the World Cup when it is held in Europe).

Anyway, Italy went one up this year, so of course Brazil wants one back again… It would be great fun if Argentina would win in 2010, and then go to Brazil in 2014…

But they fail to mention that a smaller plane, piloted by an unauthorized American pilot carrying 7 people, was the cause of the crash. The American pilot survived the crash and is currently in jail awaiting trial.

Yes, we have won the tournement 5 times but you know why? Because we’re the best. Simple as that. Noone in the world play soccer like Brazilians do.
The World Cup has always been held in Europe, USA, etc now it’s our time! We deserve it!
