THE BIG PICTURE
This is the game the whole world has been waiting for. It features a matchup between two teams you probably know little about, but that doesn’t mean that this one is going to be a stinker. Saudi Arabia has been a regular at the World Cup of late but has had little success. Tunisia brings an experienced team that might have what it takes to escape from Group H. If you are thinking about skipping this match to do your laundry, you might want to think again. This one could be fun.

Teams: Likely formation; shirt numbers; name, caps, goals

Tunisia (4-4-2): 1-Ali Boumnijel (48-0); 6-Hatem Trabelsi (56-1), 15-Radhi Jaidi (89-5), 3-Karim Hagui (27-4), 18-David Jemmali (2-0); 20-Hamed Namouchi (14-1), 12-Joahar Mnari (39-1), 14-Adel Chedli (40-4), 13-Riadh Bouazizi (89-4); 5-Ziad Jaziri (61-13), 9-Yassine Chikhaoui (1-0) Coach: Roger Lemerre

Saudi Arabia (4-5-1): 1-Mohamed Al Deayea (181-0), 3-Redha Tuker (37-6), 13-Hussein Sulaimani (97-3), 4-Hamad Al Montashari (32-6), 2-Ahmed Dokhi (68-4); 14-Saud Al Khariri (34-12), 7-Mohamed Ameen (16-7), 8-Mohamed Noor (63-22), 10-Mohammad Al Shalhoub (48-15), 9-Sami Al Jaber (160-43); 20-Yassir Al Qahtani (45-32) Coach: Marcos Paqueta

The Saudi’s are not as good a team as the Koreans…so Tunisia as one of the stronger in Africa, should have no problem in this hurdle..!Any chances of Tunisia sneaking into next round,it’s a MUST win for them.

how much do people know about saudis…currently they have the asian player of the year…Al montashari…the al itihad club has won the asian champions league 2 years in a row…and zaid being considered one of the better goal keepers in asia… and the comment about korea being better than saudi…go back to the qualifying round and see the results…saudi were undefeated in the qualifying second phase beating korea both home and away…..saudi 2 - 0 tunisia….

PS after a very poor asia cup in 2004…saudi have built a new spirited young team with some veterans still around….this is the best saudi team since 94….another note about saudi…they have reached the final of the asia cup 5 times in a row winning 3 times…

That’s funny, I’m having lunch and I turn on this game. The game is in Spanish, so I can’t make out which team is which.

I make my way to the blog to seek clarification on the team jerseys and lo and behold I hear a gooooooooooooool from the TV. So now I know that Tunisia is the team in the white….but now i’m done my lunch and no longer care.
