World Cup Blog’s Sergio Aguero Named to Argentina Side
New Argentina coach Alfio Basil has announced the squad that will taken on Brazil on September 3 in London and the name that sticks out the most to us is that of forward Sergio Aguero. The teen sensation that we have been hyping since the beginning of time might get a chance to show his stuff if he manages to find some playing time in a lineup that includes Lionel Messi and Carlos Tevez.
Kun, as World Cup Blog and his other close friends like to call him, is playing for Atlético de Madrid these days. Just to make you feel old, he was born in 1988. Here is the complete Argentina roster.
Goalkeepers: Roberto Abbondanzieri, Leonardo Franco
Defenders: Hugo Ibarra, Pablo Zabaleta, Fabricio Fuentes, Fabricio Coloccini Gabriel Milito, Walter Samuel, Clemente Rodríguez.
Midfielders: Maxi Rodríguez, Luis González, Javier Mascherano, Leandro Somoza, Federico Insúa, Daniel Bilos, Juan Román Riquelme.
Forwards: Lionel Messi, Carlos Tévez, Sergio Agüero, César Delgado.
