International Fixtures Nov. 11-19
The international teams take center stage this week with teams competing in Euro 2008 and Asian Cup qualifying, as well as a slew of international friendlies. The one that everyone will be watching (or just me), is Kazkhstan taking on mighty Portugal. I’m predicting 27-0 for the Snow Leopards. There are also some intriguing matches like England and Holland, France and Greece, and Barbados and Bahamas. Below is the listing of the fixtures for this week. If your team isn’t listed, they either are on holiday or I just got tired of cutting and pasting. As always, you can check out this site to see if the game you want to watch is being broadcast on the Internet.

From an AOL article about club coaches being upset at national team friendlies and possible loss of their best players.
Portugal is playing a Euro 2008 qualifying game against Kazakhstan. Ronaldo has an ankle injury and Ferguson believes he should not be risked against a comparatively weak team.
“It’s against Kazakhstan, so you would have thought Portugal could handle that without Ronaldo,” Ferguson said. “But, if he’s got one of these injuries which is 50-50, I hope he doesn’t play.”
How dare Sir Alex make such a statement about Bob’s favorite team? Portugal bring your best because Bob has Kazakhstan motivated and they will play their best.
