Angola Friendly Grounded by Missing Airplane

There are a gazillion international matches being played today, but one that won’t be taking place as scheduled is the Angola and Tanzania tilt in Dar-es-Salaam. The friendly was cancelled after Angola’s charter plane - much like the Palancas’ attack at the World Cup - failed to show up. An honest mistake, really. Angola is probably pretty hard to find on a map if you have consumed three litres of booze and if that is the case you probably shouldn’t be flying an airplane anyway.

No word yet if there are plans to reschedule the match or if the Angola players will be forced to walk to matches in the future.
