Big Question: Which player would you pay to see?

By: WC Bob | April 22nd, 2006 | 20 Comments »

We ease into the weekend with a question that may or not be easy for you to answer. There are many great players that will be appearing in the World Cup this summer and it will be a delight for all of us to watch them battling it out against one another. But if for some reason the planets were aligned so that you could only watch one of them play and you had to pay to do so, who would it be? In other words, who is your favorite current World Cup player?

Go ahead and tell us who you love and why we should love him too.

Ronaldinho definitely. He is a magician. The way he creates chances and ‘plays’ with the ball is always fascinating to watch.

I love the young prospects. The thrill is to see them rise and shine or falter.

Oh, Ronaldinho - for the sheer joy of it. But I can’t WAIT to see how T&T perform - especially Birchall and Sancho!

Got to be Ronaldinho, always looking to do something different, plays with a smile on his face, you can tell he loves doing what he does.

Hate to be unoriginal, but Ronaldinho.

Also, Riquelme. I’d love to sit really high up and watch play develop around me, and see how he reacts and picks out teammates.
