My heart is with Nigeria but my head tells me Ghana. Nigeria has yet to fix defensive lapses, mid field weakness and offensive mis fires. Maybe miracle can happen.

I hope the Ghanaians invited their God to a pre game party where he had a few to drink and slept thru the game. Just a thought fellars, no malice intended.

I vote Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Egypt, and Cameroon for the Semi-Final. I hope Ghana stay alive because this is all happening in their home, and they been very nice with everyone at this great event. But I don’t think they beat the Heavy Elephants in the final if they reach there.
We must not forget though, this is a ball game, and mistake wins it all.

By d way just 2 add more spice into the q’finals fixture, the 4th Feb, is an historic date in angola (the begining of strugle fight 4 its independence), and the boys wil be pumped up for war:-D. So ladies and gents viva the palancas negras…cant wait

I’ll predict a victory 4 angola, of course iam being bias but my faith in this team is actually suported by facts. We were expected 2 exit in d 1st round, bt here we r in d 2nd round and without a loss, three MVPs, that bodes well 4 d confidence of d player, add that 2 d fact that egypt and angola played 2 a 3-3 draw just a week prior 2 d tournament…i know they will do it. One unmentioned fact is that angola actualy defeated the ivory coast 2-1 in their preparations 4 d afcon. There4 my teams 4 d semis are: angola, ghana, ivory coast, tunisia.

Huzzah! Now the tournament can REALLY begin!

I’m thinking that Ghana will beat Nigeria, spurred on by the home support. You can’t really think Guinea will beat Cote D’Ivoire, one of the strongest teams there, so I’m obviously predicting Cote D’Ivoire to win it. I have to say, I think Egypt will beat Angola in one of the best matches of the tournament, in a David vs Goliath clash with Angola probably coming close to victory with a Manucho goal. At least, that I’d expect to hapen after watching numerous World Cups and Euros, but you never know. And finally, I think that Cameroon will beat Tunisia, perhaps even in a controversial match.

Here’s hoping for some good matches.
