At the beginning when it checked my computer it said my windows media player wasn't up to date but even so I registered anyway and was able to watch some of the 2006 edition that's available on demand. I hope you solve the problem. If you can't I guess calling them wouldn't be such a bad idea. Best of luck with that. I'm really nervous even since registering. I can just see the nightmare of logging on and not being able to watch while simultaneously watching my 30 dollars go down the toilet. I hope this doesn't happen to any of us.
