For the year after the FIFA World Cup, there sure are a lot of FIFA World Cups this year. In July and August 2011, the world’s best young footballing talent will descend on Colombia for the 2011 U-20 World Cup. The 2007 tournament gave us sneak peeks at players like Luis Suarez, Sergio Aguero and Gerard Pique. Who will emerge this time around?

Qualified Teams

Australia	Austria	Colombia	Croatia	England	France	North Korea

Portugal	Saudi Arabia	South Korea	Spain

13 spots still to be filled. 4 South American places will be filled by the semifinalists of the South American Youth Championship.

Fixtures
Fixtures are not yet set, but the tournament will begin with a group stage starting 29 July 2011 and end with the final on 20 August.
